Mini Hats & Bags by Helen Meighan

Here are a few samples of the mini hats & bags Helen made for us on Saturday. She used the new flower & fern punches for the flower sprays & the Quickutz Cookie Cutter dies (Ovals, Squares & Cirlces) to create the hat and bags.
