Perfect Pearls are Back!!!

We have just received a selection of the new Perfect Pearls so I thought I would have a little play. Here I have used the Hero Arts Sketch Flower Stamp and embossed clear on black card. I have then used the Perfect Pearls with water and painted in the petals. I have decoupaged the flowers and slightly curled then.
