18th Birthday

I dont know about you but I alway struggle making male cards but I found this card very easy to make and ideal for children's age card. I will make some more when I can borrow my mums cricut machine again! It is my newphews 18th Birthday today (Happy Birthday Mike) so I made him this card using the Cricut Machine to cut out the 1 & 8 and Kaisercraft Boyz Papers to cover and layer the card. I cut out the 1 & 8 6 times to make it solid then stamped over it and finished it off with black dots around the edge.

Scrapclub - My Family Tree Page

Good evening. Here is our latest make at Scrapclub, a family tree page. It is so great to see just how different everyone's pages are each month. Items we used : QK Revolution Branch and Leaves dies, Brown and Green bazzill cardstock, Prima Marketing 'Angelique Collection - Harp' paper. We cut out some birds and flowers from some 'We R Memorie's - Nonsense, Sing Song' paper. We used some 'Queen & Co. - Green pearls' to accentuate the leaves and stamped up 'Imaginisce - Flower Frames' to journal on, lastly a large green button .... We had champayne and chocolate cake to celebrate both Nicky's and Karen's 40th birthdays, so am not sure if all of the pages were put together straight, lol. The next Scrapclub will be on Wednesday 18th March and the theme will be 'A Wedding Page'. Have a great evening, thanks for stopping by, Heidi xxx

Kim's Classes

Kim Fee had a busy double class day on Saturday and here are the beautiful cards that she made using Penny Black Stamps and Cuttlebug embossing folders. Due to the high demand for this class we are running another one in May so look out for this in our next schedule as we all ready have a waiting list!

Create & Take

Here is Friday's Crate & Take cards. I have used the Four Dolls set from Hero Arts which I have been dying to play with since they arrived! I love these new papers from Bo Bunny I think they work really well with these stamps. I hope you like!

Happy Birthday To Suzi Q!

It was Sue's birthday yesterday at Crafts U Love. She bought in lots of lovely cakes for the staff and customers on our Create & Take Day which were very scrumptious.

Tracy's Tildas

Here are some yummy Tilda's and Alota's that Tracy has been making this week. She has been playing with the Copic Ciao's and Star Dust pens along with the prisma pencils. Unfortunately we have sold out on both cupcakes & some Tildas but more are due in next week.

Closed!!!!

Just to let you know that our shop is not open today. Being remote the roads are very treacherous in Charlwood so we decided to not open. Hopefully all being well we will be back up and running tomorrow. Luckily our school is open today and Reece (my eldest has gone into school) but Luke (middle child) was ill over the weekend and was still a bit under the weather today (lol) but was well enough to go and build a snowman!

This was Friday's Create & Take. We used the Limited Edition Quickutz Butterfly and Imaginisce Papers. We chalked the edge of the circle & edge of the card and finished off with a rub on, ribbon and a button.
